But my point of departure is the cutting word.  "Certain" itself is parsed as I have bracketed. 
My bottom line or actually my sub-heading(un-Tan-Gent-Ed) was that some people cannot possibly read all that they pass on, but it could be just me. ( update** )  Labels do not do justice, but again that is probably me too.  Bloggers*** should be called something other than journalists, infotainment may be the ticket.  But again my point is that the devil is in the details, sometimes between the lines, and certainly not absolute.  In some cases, not certain, full reads are not required.

BTW:  It was not my intent to cast aspersions on the prior post with my photo.  But it is relevant(bull) and an appropriate image(below) that I cannot even return (1) to all I might like to read (2) or reference. (3)
